  Joseph Daniels, the son of Robert and Elizabeth (Morse) Daniel. He was born about 1640 in Watertown, Middlesex County, Massachusetts. On 16 January 1665/66 Joseph, married first Mary Fairbanks, at age 18, daughter of Capt. George Fairbanks and Mary Adams, in Medfield, Norfolk County, Massachusetts. He deposed on 25 April 1672 in Medfield, Norfolk County, Massachusetts, giving his age as about 31 years. During King Philip's War their home was burnt during the attack on Medfield. After Rachel's death, on 27 January 1696/97 Joseph, married Lydia Adams, at age 43, daughter of Ensign Edward Adams and Lydia Rockwood, in Medfield, Norfolk County, Massachusetts.
