  Benjamin Rocket, the son of Nicholas and Jane (Adams) Rockwood. His last name was was also recorded as "Rockwood". He was born on 8 September 1651 in Medfield, Massachusetts. [This marriage] Benjamin settled in Wrentham about 1681. He was a soldier during King Philip's War under Capt. Swet and was wounded in Salem by two shoots in the thigh. He was sent to Salem proper to recover and their spent three months. Benjamin never fully recovered, being sickly the rest of his life. In 1742, at the age of 92 years, he petitioned the court for compensation and was granted £4 a year for the rest of his life. He died 5 December 1745 in Wrentham, Massachusetts. Issue: 1.
