  George Brown, 84 George Brown, 84, of 851 Westhampton Road, Northampton, died Sunday in his home. He was the widower of Alice (Burnett) Brown, who died in 1971. He was born in France, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. George Brown, and came to this country as a young boy, settling in Northampton. He attended public schools in Northampton. Mr. Brown had been employed by M.I. O'Connor for many years, retiring in 1963. He is survived by one son, Donald E. Brown of Huntington; two daughters, Mrs. Jean Witherell and Mrs. Shirley Leviecki, both of Northampton; six grandchildren; three greatgrandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Private funeral services will be held at the Walter B. Mitchell Funeral Home, Easthampton. Burial will be in Spring Grove Cemetery, Northampton. There will be no calling hours at the funeral home.
